Middle School Girls Flag Football Regulations

I. General Regulations

A. Rules
TSSAA Middle School Girls Flag Football follows the NFHS Flag Football Rules Book. However, regular season and postseason games for middle school will consist of four 10-minute quarters instead of the 12-minute quarters that are played in high school.

B. Officials
Only TSSAA-registered officials may be used in regular season and tournament competition. Officials' fees for middle school are left to negotiations between the host school and the local officials' association. More information can be found here: https://tssaa.org/girls-flag-f...
