2020 Results

The TMSAA Cross Country State Championships will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Weakley Park in Clarksville, TN.

The entrance to Weakley Park is at the intersection of Sango Road and Clubhouse Lane, across the street from the Eastland Green Golf Course.

Parking will be at Carmel Elementary School (4925 Sango Rd, Clarksville, TN 37043), just down Sango Road from the South Nine. Shuttles will transport guests from the Carmel Elementary parking lot to the main entrance of Weakley Park. Cars will be allowed to drop off passengers and gear at the main entrance to Weakley Park, but must then move vehicles to Carmel Elementary School. We ask that only the driver ride the shuttle and that all others be dropped off. There will be some handicapped parking available at Weakley Park. The first shuttle will depart from Carmel Elementary at 8am and the last shuttle will depart Weakley Park at 4:00pm.

The TSSAA Championship Event card will be the only pass accepted and will admit one person per card. Each member school received two of these cards with their paid membership. The TMSAA ID Card WILL NOT be accepted for admission.

10:00 am CDT - Girls
10:40 am CDT - Boys
Class A awards will be handed out immediately following the conclusion of the Class A Boys race. The top two teams and top eight finishers in each race will receive awards.

Class AA
2:00 pm CDT - Girls
2:40 pm CDT - Boys
Class AA awards will be handed out immediately following the conclusion of the Class AA Boys race. The top two teams and top eight finishers in each race will receive awards.

COVID-19 Procedures:

  • Temperature check required for entry. No one whose temperature measures above 100.4°F will be permitted to enter
  • All spectators must wear facial coverings if within 6 feet of others and if using a projected voice within 15 feet of others at all times while on-site (except children under age 2) and maintain social distancing (six feet, or the equivalent of two empty seats between themselves and other fans) from anyone other than those living in the same household.
  • Finally, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms during the preceding 7 days, please do not attend: Fever; Cough; Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; Shaking chills; Chest pain, pressure, or tightness with exercise; Fatigue or difficulty with exercise; Racing heart rate; Unusual dizziness; Loss of taste or smell; Sore throat; Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; Unusual rash or painful discoloration of fingers or toes

TMSAA Championship Merchandise Eagle Sportz will be on site selling TMSAA Championship t-shirts and other championship paraphernalia all-day Saturday and on Friday from 2:00-5:00pm CDT.

Course Preview & Packet Pick-Up The course will be open on Friday, October 2 from 2:00-5:00pm CDT. During this time, coaches may pick up their team packets and participants may walk through the course. Packets will be available at the admission gate on Saturday beginning at 8:00am CDT. Due to COVID-19 social distancing, we ask that teams and spectators arrive at the park no earlier than 2 hours prior to their scheduled race.
